
Mr. Becker and his colleagues are vision-driven to produce current and future solutions for improvement to everyday energy production and consumption issues involving agri-business, CO2 reduction/storage, technology, transportation and related marketing sectors.
As an associate with GeoTrends Energy Associates and on his own, Lynn has consulted on various projects working towards NH3 green development as a fuel, renewable energy storage medium, water/electrical power development and agricultural booster globally. He is also researching NH3 as a energy/heat source for CO2 capture and utilization.
Mr. Becker has transformed tribal regulatory agencies into business-friendly entities focused on growing oil, gas, and mineral extraction on Reserves and Reservations. Together with the Ute Tribe’s financial advisor, he co-created and grew the Tribe’s co-partnered energy company, Ute Energy.

Mr. Becker’s legacy contributions to the development of a Tribal Energy Resource Agreement pursuant to the 2005 Energy Policy Act, and the sale of Ute Energy for $1.1B owned 51% by the Ute Tribe whom now owns 100% of Ute Energy Exploration & Marketing, LLC. Under the NARP umbrella 2010-13, Mr. Becker co-facilitated meetings with the Kawacatoose First Nation which resulted in their taking full control of their land and revenues (http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=827289), and the formation of the co-partnered Fort Peck Energy Company with the Assiniboine & Sioux Tribes.
